Food News and Chews chats with professional handicapper Ellis Starr, known as Ubercapper. He joins us to talk about Bourbon, Bets & Cigars, an event to be held at Azur Restaurant & Patio May 1, 2013. 

In this special edition of Food News & Chews the Ubercapper describes the new points system in horse racing which will determine the field of contenders for the Oaks and Kentucky Derby. Chef Jeremy describes some food pairings with Blanton's Bourbon at the May 1st event and Sylvia identifies a position calling her name at the track. We suggested she jockey.
